TraMOOC is delighted to announce the participation of the Hasso Plattner Institute (HPI) in the project. The Hasso Plattner Institute (HPI), thanks to its expertise, is involved in the TraMOOC activities providing an educational platform, the openHPI platform, to field test the created translations to a wide range of users and collect their feedback.
TraMOOC is currently present at the 20th Annual Conference of the European Association for Machine Translation (EAMT 2017) which is held at Prague, Czech Republic from the 29th till the 31st of May.
TraMOOC was present at the Fifth European MOOCs Stakeholders Summit (EMOOCs 2017 Conference), which took place in May 2017 at Madrid, Spain making a presentation titled "MOOC tailored content translation service boosting revenues and business intelligence" (K4A).
On the 9th of June 2017 the TraMOOC Consortium will conduct the TraMOOC M29 Progress Meeting in Corfu, Greece hosted by the Ionian University (IURC). Within the frame of this meeting the progress achieved so far will be presented while proceeding towards the end of the project.
A TraMOOC related article has been published in the April 2017 issue of the European Aeronautics Science Network Newsletter highlighting the significant progress of the project.
TraMOOC was present at the 15th Conference of the European Association for Computational Linguistics (EACL 2017), which took place in April 2017 at Valencia, Spain presenting the paper titled "Nematus: a Toolkit for Neural Machine Translation" (UEDIN).
TraMOOC was present at the Content Supply Chain & Workflow Management Forum, which took place in March 2017 at London, UK making a presentation titled "TraMOOC: SMT vs. NMT evaluation".
TraMOOC was present at the 27th Meeting of Computational Linguistics in The Netherlands (CLIN 27), which was organised by the Centre for Computational Linguistics group of KU Leuven and took place at the Faculty of Arts in Leuven on February 10, 2017.
